It's a 2 layers pin (pin on pin): the dalmatians are over the Cruella De Vil part.
It mesures 8cm x 5.5cm.
The 2 dalmatians puppies have christmas red hats and have a green scarf in their jaws, probably got Cruella to fall into a puddle.
Under the scarf is "Hiver 2021" (Winter 2021 in French).
In my opinion, this is a very well finished pin: the cut out is great, and it even has inside areas that are cut out, which is very rare in pins (for example, the watter at the right of Cruella has some holes cut out, and the water under her foot).

For the Fall 2021 pin, DLP takes its inspiration from the movie 101 Dalmatians. The pin shows Cruella fallen on her behind in the snow, her legs and arms high in the air. She is wearing her black dress and white fur coat with red inside. She is furious. On the bottom of the pin comes, pin-on-pin element, two of the Dalmatian puppies with red elves' hat run, carrying a green cord between their teeth. From the cord hangs in white: Hiver 2021 (French for Winter 2021). Trim and back of the pin silver tone metal.
